Store Policies

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policies for our customers. Returns and Refunds

How It Works

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.  The refund is subject to meeting the requirements of of our refund policy.

To initiate a return you will need to email sales@anzaraboutique.com. You will also need to provide your order number, contact details and reasons for return. 

​

You will be provided with a shipping address.  All shipping return charges must be pre-paid.  We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Upon a satisfactory inspection your refund will be processed immediately.  We will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or due to an item defect.

Our returns and refunds policy is subject to Australian Consumer Law.  Australian Consumer Law ensures that you receive compensation or a replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

How We Do It

We ship from Adelaide, South Australia.

We process orders within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@anzaraboutique.com.  We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been shipped. 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

How we look after your personal details

Anzara is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including by email, via our website www.anzara.com.au, from social media sites from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Anzara will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We  will  take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
